A recorded trail of my life for those I love — down the roads that shaped who I became.

Work Sites Trip 10: (KOC and Bristol Motor Speedway)

How do you follow up a trip to another state and sites hundreds of miles apart? Well with a monstrous 2 day 16 stop site binge of course! To say I bit off a lot is an understatement. I cannot say too much since I made it, but it was close!

Starting with a stop at the official home office of work. The ying to my office Chattanooga Office Complex. COC yang. KOC, or the Knoxville Office Complex. Of course I was not able to spend time inside but the outside was mesmerizing.

I’m told that it was finished in 1976 when I was 2 years old. Before that we worked out of what was called the old customs house. We originally built two twin buildings but as the need for space lessoned we sold one off to UT and the county.

Patrick Henry) I took the opportunity while up in Bristol Tennessee, to stop at the speedway. While I have been to Atlanta, Rockingham, Charlotte and Talladega for races in person, I never made it to Bristol. We were going to one time but life happened and we were not able to. Anyway, this was my chance to see what the Hubbub was all about. <span style="font-family: Wingdings; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;">J<span style="font-family: "Calibri",sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"> It is a pretty cool site for sure! Did you know, a few weeks after my visit they setup a baseball field in the middle of Thunder Valley?!? Well they did just that! Amazing right?!

Well enjoy the pics I got while there! <span style="font-family: "Calibri",sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">
