The little Power Generating Beast!

I had no idea what to expect at Marshall. I half expected a simple transfer/ booster station. I knew it wasn't a big site, but I didn't know how it made enough power to be worth it. Well silly me. This little site packs a massive punch. It's a natural gas/ Fuel oil combustion site. I don't want to waste all the extra reading but this site can sit idle and when extra power is needed it can come to full power within 12 minutes. That's pretty cool if you ask me. It's like a battery sitting there waiting to be used!
